I’m proud to have played a role in making a decisive policy decision years ago when on city council to pursue a water renewal project as part of our wastewater project as a whole. This ranks as one of the most significant decisions I made on council.
As chief of staff, I got to see the project come to fruition through the collective efforts of so many stakeholders. Mayor Kling, city council, and staff, along with strategic collaboration from the state and Governor Little, have all contributed to the success of one of the largest water renewal projects in the entire northwest.
I look forward to returning to the mayor’s office and working with our amazing team and city council on a forward-looking platform of resource stewardship.
