“I served with Rick as a seat-mate on Nampa City Council and also worked with him when he served as chief of staff; I know him and his gifts.
One of Rick’s many skills is his ability to research policy and finances to help make decisions that best serve Nampa’s citizens. An example is his recent research as our Canyon County Clerk in explaining how the effects of growth may compromise our ability to maintain levels of service. Rick will work to address these issues to ensure that future growth doesn’t undermine our quality of life or that the costs of growth are unfairly transferred to those already here.
